The Black Cultural Festival is an opportunity for people of Afro descent, our families, and close friends to join together in celebration of our vibrant culture and community.
Youth 17 and under & elders 70+ are FREE. A ticket includes the cost of admission and entertainment. No folks of Afro descent turned away for lack of funds!
